Privacy Overview
White Tool Hub is designed as a local-first monitoring application. von Bülow Verwaltungs does not maintain personal user profiles or a server-side database of personal user information through normal use of the app.
Information Collection
We do not require account registration, sign-in, passwords, names, phone numbers or profile creation in order to use White Tool Hub. The company does not intentionally collect personal user data through normal app use.
App Data
Tool lists, favorites, recent activity, efficiency figures, usage values, sorting preferences and other app state are intended to remain on the user’s device. They are not used to build a personal account profile on company servers.
Website Data
This static website does not provide accounts, user profiles, forms requiring personal information, or a member area. Standard hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP addresses and browser information as part of delivering the site; any such processing is controlled by the hosting provider.
Local Storage
Where White Tool Hub stores app preferences or usage history, that information is stored locally on the device. Local information can typically be removed through app controls, by clearing application data, or by uninstalling the app.
Third-Party Services
The website links to Google Play for app distribution. When you follow that link, Google’s own terms and privacy practices apply. We do not control third-party privacy policies.
Security
Because normal app use does not depend on a user account or personal-data cloud profile, the amount of personal information exposed to online processing is minimized. Users should still keep their devices secure and up to date.
Data Retention
No personal user data is retained by von Bülow Verwaltungs through normal use of White Tool Hub. The company does not maintain a server-side personal user profile database for the app. Data that remains locally on the user’s device is retained only according to the user’s own app/device usage.
Data Deletion
Because there is normally no server-side personal account profile to delete, there is generally no remote account-deletion process. Local app data may be deleted by clearing relevant history or app data, or by uninstalling the application. If you voluntarily send personal information by email, you may request deletion of that correspondence where legally applicable by contacting support@vonbulowverwaltungs.ink.
Children
White Tool Hub is not designed to collect personal information from children. Because the app does not require personal account creation, no child profile is intentionally created by von Bülow Verwaltungs.

We may update this policy when the product, website, legal requirements or data practices change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
